Motor Pool Services maintains all state issued vehicles at ASU and all state
issued equipment within the Facilities Management Department.
It is their responsibility to see that all vehicles and equipment are functioning properly to ensure the safety
of all drivers/operators. The Fleet Management Division of
Motor Pool provides rental vehicles to the ASU-Jonesboro campus. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm. Motor Pool operates on a
Preventative Maintenance (PM) system and special service requests via the Work Order Center.

Fleet Management Services provides
rental vehicles for all ASU departments. Employees
of each respective department are responsible for obtaining permission to operate
state vehicles and completing documents
required to reserve vehicles. Operators are advised to review the
University Vehicle Operating Policy.

Facilities Management’s Tool Room was developed as a centralized location to house specialty tools and equipment for Facilities Management employees. The Tool Room also monitors traffic in the FM gated lot, repairs
small appliances and equipment, maintains inventory of tools and
equipment, performs regular maintenance and upkeep of tools, and
organizes the gated lot. Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday, 7 am
- 5 pm.
