Facilities Management’s Move Department is a service provided to departments of Arkansas State University-Jonesboro Campus. Services provided are offered by means of service requests to the Work Order Center and then scheduled. Services provided
include:
Delivery of large and small moves for ASU departments on and off campus
Freight delivery
Special deliveries including boxed paper and rolled news print
Uncrate large furniture and set up

Facilities Management’s Event Support Department provides services to ASU-Jonesboro campus. Special events include but are not limited to:
Sporting Events
Commencement
Freshman Orientation (central campus)
BBQ Contest
The events support department provides tables, chairs, tents and other equipment, as well as personnel support for authorized departments for a billable fee.

State Properties is a service that
maintains inventory on all excess equipment and transfers of ASU
properties. They also maintain documents and schedule pick-up of all
M & R property such as, but not limited to, office equipment,
vehicles, etc. To request excess equipment pick-up, customers must
complete the
Excess Equipment Form. This document should then be sent to the Worker Order Center to create a service request.
Facilities Management contracts solid waste disposal for all dumpsters located on campus. Requests for construction dumpsters are also available via service request.
Flag Services monitors the condition of flags located on campus, lowers flags during observances requested by the governor, change flags quarterly and also a central collecting area for flags to be retired.
