General Information  
The Quality Improvement Process Department facilitates internal and external customer service through continuous improvement processes, staff training and development initiatives, and Facilities Management Human Resources coordination.

Responsibilities include development, implementation and assessment of staff training and development programs, continuous process and procedure development to support departmental, unit and team performance, data collection, assessment, and benchmarking for customer and employee satisfaction issues and facilitating FM Human Resource activities and proceedings.
